2007 played host to the sixth Galloway Country Fair and the third year the Fair will be held at Raehills, Dumfries and Galloway.
 Raehills, formerly known as Johnston, is a magnificent 6,500 acre country estate set amidst the picturesque rolling Galloway hills on the banks of the delightful Kinnel Water with excellent road links from the A701 and the M74. Raehills is just a short car journey from Moffat and Dumfries.
Over the short lifespan of the Galloway Country Fair considerable attention to the ongoing success of the show has been paramount with continued improvements to the show ground, the siting of stands and facilities and in 2007 vehicle access from the A701.
It is without doubt that this new venue has been a major factor in influencing the year on year increase in visitor numbers.
