Enjoy a one-day or weekend course at Smoky Jo's in Cumbria where you can learn how to smoke food at home.

Whether you catch your own salmon or trout and would like to be able to smoke it, you are interested in good food or you just love eating smoked food - then Smoky Jo's is the place for you.

Courses at Smoky Jo's also provide the added enjoyment of a restful holiday break in the beautiful Cumbrian countryside.

If you join a weekend course you will be catching your own trout and making your own recipe sausages to smoke.
