Campsite
Caravan and Campsite
For 2012, we are offering a green field area adjacent to the show field within easy walking distance of the Castle. This is suitable for tents, caravans and motorhomes and allows you to park your tent/vehicle and walk to the show.
3-Night Special: Tents/Caravans/Motorhomes: £85.00
This offer price of £85 includes up to 3 nights camping and admission to the event BOTH days for up to 4 persons (Additional adults £10 / Children £5), walking in and out to the event as many times as you like. ALSO free access to the stableyard, gardens and adventure playground during opening hours.
The site will be open from Friday 17th August at 12 noon until Monday 20th at 12 noon – sorry no electricity hook ups. Controlled dogs welcome. Water, portable toilets and showers on site.
Please note, Castle tours are charged at the usual price (see www.drumlanrig.com for details) and numbers are limited so if you definitely want to include a visit to this magnificent Castle please contact the office on 01848 331555.
The Bar marquee in the show field is open Friday and Saturday evening (open to traders/campers only) with musical entertainment, serving real ales and usual wines and spirits – party atmosphere on Saturday evening.
