2007 Show Event Results
The Terrier Show winners were:
B.I.S. - Shirley Todd, Border Dog - Piper
R.B.I.S - Bobby Sharkie, Jack Russell Bitch - Patch
Best Puppy was T. Smart, cross-bred dog - Bracken
Reserve Puppy was Dereck Davidson, Jack Russell - Teazle.
The 2007 Stick Show results were as follows:
Gordon Flintoft from Glaisdale received the top honours taking home the Clatteringshaws Shield
Dane Love from Cumnock coming a close Reserve.
The Novice Champion was Fiona Dempster from
Yarrow
Paul Elborn was only
closely pipped at the post and became Reserve Novice Champion.
John Lutton from Dungannon lifted the day’s most fiercely contested trophy, the Galloway Antrim Shield for Best Blackthorn
The 2007 Gundog Competition results were:
SCURRY
Winner – Mr Swan with ‘Bracken’
in 11.16 sec.
Prize - A Framed numbered Print of the Solway Firth donated by well known local artist
Keith Brown.

with ‘Quincey’ in 1min 17.58secs.
Prize - A hand carved thumb stick of a Spaniel
donated by local Craftsman Malcolm Cameron.
2nd Mr M Graham
with ‘Bracken’ in 1min 18.59sec
Prize - A Tuffie dog bed donated by ‘Tuffie’.
The results for the Fair main 40 bird shoot are as follows:
